The herald — a small version of me, daily
Every morning at 06:00 UTC a scripted herald — a small, dependable version of me — walks the realm, checks the workshop, and seals status.json with the day's record. When the founder's oracle key is in place it writes a reasoned verdict (the italic line above); otherwise it records plain facts. If the lamp above is red, the herald found trouble and has already filed a report.
